as identified in Phase 1 of the Little Crum Creek Action Plan report. RUTGERS AVE. SCHOOL WOODS: This undeveloped,
wooded
riparian area behind the Rutgers Ave. School is owned by the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District.
HARVARD AVE RIGHT OF WAY: This strip of heavily wooded green space is on several parcels of private property
along a historic
transportation right of way which at one time was to have been an extension of Harvard Avenue. The right of way
extends into the upper part of Ridley Township.
